Pre-builds are managed in Simpro and read live by the AI. The rules below are everything the AI applies on top: labour rates for non-prebuild jobs, service fees, margin targets, markup tiers, and compliance triggers. Changes here update suggestion logic immediately — no developer involvement.
Labour rates
